Can I return my order?
All of our products are printed to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing an order.
Of course, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, get in touch within 48 hours — we’ll make it right.

What is printed on order?
Every Heart of the Green piece is printed on demand — that means we don’t mass produce or overstock. Instead, we print your item fresh after you order it, helping us reduce waste and stay true to slow, intentional production.
Because of this process, please allow up to 5 days before your order is dispatched. It’s worth the wait — your gear gets the attention it deserves.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we move fast — because each piece is made just for you. That means cancellations aren’t always possible. If you’ve had a change of heart, email us at contact@heartofthegreen.com or use our Contact Form within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to catch it before it heads to print. Please include your order number so we can find it swiftly.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — for now, we only ship within the UK. But we’re working on expanding our reach so more players can rep Heart of the Green around the world.

How do I look after my HOTG Clothing?
To keep your gear looking its best:
- Wash with similar colours
- Wash and iron inside out
- Avoid ironing directly on the print
